Becoming a Mentor

Have you ever considered becoming a mentor?

Mentoring is nothing new. However, I do think it’s a lost art of building an intentional relationship to help others grow.

I am thankful for the many mentors who have come alongside me in my journey.

What mentoring traits stand out the most for you?

Think about it!

Through my research I have discovered three key areas of development in mentoring.

The three areas of development are:

  • Character
  • Knowledge
  • Skills
  • How did your mentors help you grow in the three areas just listed?
  • What would it look like for you to help someone else develop in their character, knowledge, and skills?
  • Thank you for joining me by reading my blog, subscribing, and sharing my blogs on social media.
